Job Description
A sizable and reputable IT service provider is looking for seasoned IT Engineer who is keen to develop in Network or Security domain to join their expanding team.
Headcount 1) Network Engineer
The Job:
- Support daily network operation under SDWAN infrastructure and monitor operation centres in East Kowloon
- Perform defined routine job and analysis the network healthiness of customer private cloud.
- Provide 1st tier support and troubleshooting.
- Conduct incident analysis and recovery action plan execution.
The person:
- 3 years’ working experience in IT industry
- Prior working experience in Data Centre NOC, IT helpdesk or any other infrastructure related experience
- Experienced in administration, support and operation on network and IT security components including switches, firewalls and routers preferred
- Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
- On Shift duty is required (*can coordinate with teammates for flexible working hours)
- Candidate who are currently working as NOC Engineer/ Data Centre Engineer and would like to further develop in network domain welcomed
Headcount 2) Security Engineer
The Job:
- Perform daily SIEM log analysis of customer’s private cloud.
- Follow up the security event after system detected anomalous traffic / activities.
- Assess and evaluate the impact of security incident.
- Regular review the IT security measure and configuration in security component under customer’s private cloud.
- Enhance the security detection and resolution configuration.
- Evaluate the impact of vulnerabilities alert, develop impact analysis and mitigation plan if possible.
The Person:
- 3 years’ working experience in IT industry
- Prior working experience in following preferred:
- managing and providing IT security support and handling security administration activities for infrastructure platforms or information systems Experienced in administration, support and operation on network and IT security components including switches, firewalls and routers preferred
- evaluating IT security vulnerabilities and handling IT security alerts, conducting impact assessment as well as devising and implementing mitigation measures
- handling IT security incidents and conducting IT security drills
- designing, deployment and administration on Anti-DDoS, IDPS, firewall and anti-malware products
- Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
- On Shift duty is required (*can coordinate with teammates for flexible working hours)
