Trade Marketing Manager | Well-Established FMCG Company
Our client is a well-known FMCG company that has achieved worldwide acclaim for its wide range of diverse and high-quality of personal care products.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Brand and Sales teams to develop and implement an annual plan for promotions aligned with brand and channel strategies.
- Identify and create the suitable POSM tailored to various formats and channels, addressing both routine and exceptional occasions.
- Ensure the prudent utilization of allocated annual budgets by implementing a well-planned and efficient strategy to achieve the KPIs.
- Responsible for in-store operations by liaising with the internal and external stakeholders. Effectively communicate objectives, instructions, and provide necessary materials.
- Oversee the external agency responsible for promoter and premium planning, handling, and tracking of results.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- 3+ years of working experience in trade marketing / sales in FMCG industry is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferable in Marketing or Business or related
- Demonstrates a proactive, resilient, self-driven, and dynamic nature, with a mindset focused on growth and development.
- Professional command in both English and Chinese
