Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Arrange travel for the team, including booking flights and hotels, and handling visa applications.
  2. Coordinate onboarding for new team members, including applying for system access, scheduling orientations, and updating anniversary and birthday lists.
  3. Maintain and update team materials on SharePoint.
  4. Organize and schedule team meetings.
  5. Provide general day-to-day administrative support to the team, such as ordering stationery and business cards, and preparing couriers.
  6. Assist in downloading reports from relevant systems and manually checking project trackers.
  7. Provide any other necessary ad hoc administrative support to the team.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative support.
  2. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English, both verbally and in writing.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  4. Strong organizational and communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
  5. Ability to work well as part of a team, attention to detail, flexibility, willingness to learn, and proactive attitude.
