Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Arrange travel for the team, including booking flights and hotels, and handling visa applications.
- Coordinate onboarding for new team members, including applying for system access, scheduling orientations, and updating anniversary and birthday lists.
- Maintain and update team materials on SharePoint.
- Organize and schedule team meetings.
- Provide general day-to-day administrative support to the team, such as ordering stationery and business cards, and preparing couriers.
- Assist in downloading reports from relevant systems and manually checking project trackers.
- Provide any other necessary ad hoc administrative support to the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative support.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work well as part of a team, attention to detail, flexibility, willingness to learn, and proactive attitude.
