Company Overview

Our reputable client, a MNC company in F&B is now looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their company and support their business operation. Immediate availability or short notice period will be an advantage.

 

 

Job Description

  1. Travel arrangements for the team (e.g. flight and hotel booking) and visa application arrangements
  2. On boarding arrangement for new staff, such as system access application, orientation scheduling, updating the anniversary and birthday list, etc.
  3. Management and update of the team’s material on SharePoint
  4. Organizes and schedules senior management meetings, business travel, conferences and departmental activities
  5. Daily general admin support to the team such as stationery business card order, courier preparation, etc.
  6. Assist in downloading reports from related systems and support in manual checking the projects trackers
  7. Any other ad hoc admin support for the team

 

Requirement

  1. Minimum of 3 years work experience in admin support or secretarial support.
  2. Excellent written and spoken English.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  4. Detail-minded and strong organizational skills with a professional manner.
  5. Good team player, proactive and willing to learn.
