Company Overview
Our reputable client, a MNC company in F&B is now looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their company and support their business operation. Immediate availability or short notice period will be an advantage.
Job Description
- Travel arrangements for the team (e.g. flight and hotel booking) and visa application arrangements
- On boarding arrangement for new staff, such as system access application, orientation scheduling, updating the anniversary and birthday list, etc.
- Management and update of the team’s material on SharePoint
- Organizes and schedules senior management meetings, business travel, conferences and departmental activities
- Daily general admin support to the team such as stationery business card order, courier preparation, etc.
- Assist in downloading reports from related systems and support in manual checking the projects trackers
- Any other ad hoc admin support for the team
Requirement
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in admin support or secretarial support.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Detail-minded and strong organizational skills with a professional manner.
- Good team player, proactive and willing to learn.
