- Manage product rates and quotations.
- Foster and maintain relationships with carriers/vendors and handle negotiation responsibilities.
- Conduct market studies and evaluate different service levels and gateways, providing monthly reports on cost analysis and spot rate success ratio of carriers/vendors.
- Analyze daily business operations, including user behavior, financial performance, and development quality, and generate corresponding business reports.
- Gather operational analysis requirements from various stakeholders, develop analysis models, and contribute to the formulation of IT system requirements for executing these models.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or any related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of related business analytic experience, preferably from telecommunication or IT industry
- Strong analytical capabilities and learning ability, Passion to make a difference, self-motivated, result-oriented with good business acumen, analytical skills
- Strong communication skills for navigating through business requirements, ability to involve others in discussions of alternatives, and ask for suggestions
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Business Analyst
