Position Summary
Our client is a leading restaurant chain, looking to hire an Information System Executive. The incumbent will be responsible in providing support in resolving computer related problems and monitoring computer programs and systems. Interested candidates, please click below to apply!
Responsibilities
- Support staff and users in resolving computer related problems.
- Test, maintain & monitor computer systems and programs such as the coordinating the installation of computer programs and system and new user account creation & deletion.
- Responsible to set up new workstations and user onboarding.
- Assist with POS Systems and POS Backend of all outlets.
- Compile and generate POS Reports from backend reporting systems regularly.
- Responsible for the maintenance of distributed CCTV system.
- Work closely with internal and external vendors as required.
- Assist with adhoc task as required by supervisor.
Requirements
- A Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or any relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years of IT support and facilities maintenance experience.
