Our Client is a leading global forex trading company. They are now looking for CRM Executive in their Hong Kong office. The CRM Executive will work as part of a CRM team within the Global Central Marketing Team. He/She will be responsible for building customer activation, engagement and retention through CRM automation and triggered lifecycle marketing for Global Chinese Language Business.
Job Description
- Day-to-day execution and build, deploy automated behaviour-based workflow automations for in-app, web and mobile push messages and triggered email campaigns through CRM system in English & Chinese
- Launch new CRM campaigns, working with BI, Data Science, Creative and other stakeholders on campaign requirements
- Update CRM email calendar, ensuring communications are matched with KPIs
- Execution of AB and multivariate testing
- Manage the CRM briefing, creative, segmentation, scheduling, and delivery of all BAU email and push notifications
- Reporting on CRM and campaign performance using data led analytics
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree holder
- 2-5 years of experience in technical CRM role
- Familiar with CRM system (Braze) is a plus
- Knowledge / experience working in financial industry or forex trading companies is a huge plus
- Technical skills to build email campaigns including understanding segments, triggers, and logic building
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive / Specialist
