About Our Client

Our client is a well-established global fashion and lifestyle brand known for its distinctive style, quality products, and customer-focused retail experience. They are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join their store on Pedder Street in Central, Hong Kong, and contribute to its sales performance and service excellence.

About the Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver attentive and professional customer service while supporting the store’s sales objectives. You will build lasting customer relationships, provide relevant product recommendations, and keep customers informed about new arrivals and promotions through appropriate communication channels.

You will also work closely with your teammates to create a welcoming shopping environment and achieve individual and store sales targets. Candidates with more extensive retail experience may be considered for the Senior Retail Sales Associate position.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive in-store shopping experience
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the store’s overall sales performance
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve shared sales and service objectives
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Communicate with customers through channels such as phone and WeChat
• Share timely information about new arrivals, products, promotions, and in-store activities
• Maintain a professional appearance that reflects the company’s brand image and standards
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries, service issues, and unexpected situations
• Develop strong product knowledge through professional training and self-directed learning
• Support daily retail operations, including merchandise presentation, inventory-related activities, and general store upkeep
• Perform other duties as assigned by the store management team

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience is essential
• Experience working in a flagship store or high-traffic retail environment is strongly preferred
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be an advantage
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Sales-driven, proactive, and highly self-motivated
• Demonstrates initiative, self-discipline, and a responsible work attitude
• Comfortable communicating with customers and maintaining relationships through phone, WeChat, and other appropriate channels
• Able to remain calm and respond effectively to unexpected situations
• Professional presentation consistent with the company’s brand standards
• Strong team player with the ability to work toward shared sales targets
• Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Candidates with more extensive or relevant experience may be considered for the Senior Retail Sales Associate position
