Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies across major public and private hospitals
- Drive commercial growth across a multi‑category surgical portfolio
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term customer pipelines
Clinical & Technical Support
- Provide in-theatre support, procedural guidance, and hands‑on product demonstrations
- Deliver training to surgeons, nurses, and hospital clinical teams to ensure confident product use
- Support product evaluations, trials, and post‑launch activities
Portfolio & Project Management
- Manage multiple product lines and support new product launches
- Strengthen product positioning through strong clinical engagement and field activities
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, OR staff, procurement teams, and hospital decision‑makers
- Represent the company at surgical workshops, cadaveric labs, conferences, and industry events
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitive activities, hospital tender cycles, and emerging technologies
- Provide insights to support strategic decision-making and market planning
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related science discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in medical device sales, surgical devices, or other hospital‑based clinical roles
- Proven communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Self‑driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in operating room environments
- Passion for learning advanced medical technologies and engaging with surgical teams
