A renowned institution is looking for a seasoned PR, Brand & Marketing leader to drive strategic campaigns, manage digital platforms, and deliver high-quality events that reinforce the brand & identity of the organization.
Job responsibilities
- Lead Branding & Marketing Team: Manage and guide the team to deliver initiatives aligned with the institution’s branding objectives.
- Develop Brand Strategy: Create and execute communication plans and marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness locally and internationally.
- Drive Digital & Social Media: Oversee social media strategy and digital content creation to enhance engagement and brand loyalty.
- Plan & Execute Events: Organize high-profile events, manage logistics, and ensure consistent branding across all touchpoints.
- Monitor Performance & Budgets: Track campaign effectiveness, manage budgets, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work cross-functionally to maintain brand consistency and deliver creative solutions that support strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Degree holder with minimum 15 years of relevant working experience
- Proven expertise in branding and marketing, including campaign management, digital content strategy, and social media.
- Strong background in event management and storytelling, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional planning and project management skills, with the ability to analyze data and deliver insights.
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong collaboration skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
