Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Channel Strategy Development
- Analyze EC shopper insights and behaviors for both local Taiwan‑label and foreign‑label products.
- Identify potential EC platforms, build demand generation plans, optimize product assortment, and develop annual business plans with effective investment.
- Set overall sales plans for e-commerce accounts to achieve sustainable growth.
- Align targets and action plans with internal and external teams for strong execution.
- Ensure strict adherence to pricing structure and promotion rules.
- Work closely with internal teams including:
- Taiwan Marketing team
- Taiwan Trade Sales team
- DI IP team (Danone International – International Parcel team: cross-border supply, compliance, and global product support)
- Operation team
- Finance team
- Provide business insights, secure cross-functional support, and deliver business results.
- Complete other assignments from the team leader in a timely and efficient manner.
Required Competencies
- Solid EC Sales / Account Management experience from leading FMCG companies or major EC platforms.
- Strong capabilities in trade marketing, promotion planning and activity management.
- Excellent dealer/partner communication and partnership management skills.
- Strong analytical and business planning skills.
- Good understanding of consumer behavior and channel evolution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
