Role Overview 

Lead our client’s flagship nutrition brand, the largest and market-leading portfolio in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for driving brand strategy, overall business performance, and flawless execution within the downstream retail consumer segment. The position carries end-to-end ownership of brand development, with a strong emphasis on IMC excellence, digital return on investment, media innovation, and performance-led growth to achieve both immediate results and long-term brand leadership.

Brand & Business Leadership

• Take charge of a key brand within the Nutrition category, delivering revenue growth, market leadership, and strong brand KPIs in a competitive retail environment.
• Serve as the brand steward, ensuring clear positioning and consistent execution across all consumer and customer touchpoints.
• Own full P&L accountability, making strategic investment decisions with a focus on measurable return and financial discipline.

Strategy & Brand Development

• Partner with the Marketing Manager to shape and execute both short- and long-term brand strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Market Insights teams to generate actionable consumer and market intelligence.
• Build distinctive brand positioning and communication platforms that drive penetration, loyalty, and increased usage.
• Continuously track brand health, campaign performance, and ROI to support sustained business growth.

Integrated Marketing Execution

• Lead comprehensive integrated marketing campaigns across ATL and consumer activation channels.
• Ensure alignment between brand strategy and in-market execution by working closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams.
• Oversee agency and vendor management, maintaining strong execution standards within budget.
• Partner with the Ethical Marketing team to align upstream and downstream initiatives for a cohesive brand approach.
• Coordinate with China cross-border teams to harmonize brand strategies, communications, and innovation priorities.

IMC Effectiveness & Digital-First Approach

• Drive integrated marketing effectiveness by ensuring consistent, insight-driven messaging across paid, owned, and earned channels throughout the consumer journey.
• Lead performance-focused digital and media strategies, optimizing conversion, funnel efficiency, and media ROI.
• Champion test-and-learn initiatives and media innovation to enhance engagement, targeting quality, and campaign effectiveness.
• Translate digital and media data into actionable insights and continuous optimization plans.

Innovation & Portfolio Management

• Lead product innovation and renovation initiatives in collaboration with regional and local stakeholders, ensuring timely and successful launches.
• Convert nutrition science into compelling, compliant consumer propositions, supported by credible, evidence-based claims with medical and scientific teams.
• Develop and manage a focused innovation pipeline addressing unmet consumer needs and long-term growth opportunities.

Performance & Team Leadership

• Monitor sales performance, digital and media metrics, competitive landscape, and market trends; deliver clear insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Take ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes with accuracy and rigor.
• Mentor and develop team members, strengthening both brand management and digital marketing capabilities.

Experience & Capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in brand or consumer marketing, ideally within FMCG, nutrition, or healthcare sectors.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, market-leading brands with strong commercial outcomes.
• Strong expertise in brand strategy, IMC, digital and social marketing, and media investment, with demonstrated success in driving digital ROI.
• Hands-on experience in performance marketing, media planning and innovation, social platforms, content strategy, and KOL engagement.
• Analytical and results-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities in matrix organizations.
• Knowledge of China CBEC and familiarity with China’s digital and social ecosystem is an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and resilient.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Strategy Development

• Analyze EC shopper insights and behaviors for both local Taiwan‑label and foreign‑label products.
• Identify potential EC platforms, build demand generation plans, optimize product assortment, and develop annual business plans with effective investment.

• Set overall sales plans for e-commerce accounts to achieve sustainable growth.
• Align targets and action plans with internal and external teams for strong execution.
• Ensure strict adherence to pricing structure and promotion rules.

• Work closely with internal teams including:
  • Taiwan Marketing team
  • Taiwan Trade Sales team
  • DI IP team (Danone International – International Parcel team: cross-border supply, compliance, and global product support)
  • Operation team
  • Finance team
• Provide business insights, secure cross-functional support, and deliver business results.

• Complete other assignments from the team leader in a timely and efficient manner.

Required Competencies

• Solid EC Sales / Account Management experience from leading FMCG companies or major EC platforms.
• Strong capabilities in trade marketing, promotion planning and activity management.
• Excellent dealer/partner communication and partnership management skills.
• Strong analytical and business planning skills.
• Good understanding of consumer behavior and channel evolution.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 5+ years of successful EC sales and business development experience in reputable companies.
• Strong independent decision‑making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Good market sense and sales acumen.
• FMCG and baby industry knowledge is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Group’s finance and treasury operations, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day management of all financial activities.
• Take charge of the financial performance of the Group and its subsidiaries across Hong Kong, Mainland China and the US, including accounting, reporting, analysis, and tax planning responsibilities.
• Work closely with the CFO to shape and roll out the Group’s overall financial roadmap, while providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
• Lead and supervise finance teama based in Hong Kong and Shenzhen.
• Develop, strengthen, and monitor financial control frameworks and procedures to safeguard the Group’s assets and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
• Maintain strong working relationships with banks, external auditors, and tax consultants.
• Contribute to M&A activities and support various strategic or ad‑hoc corporate projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and a qualified accountant designation.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, ideally gained from international audit firms and Hong Kong–listed companies.
• Proven experience managing teams in China is essential.
• Background in trading, garments, manufacturing, or experience with financial systems implementation will be advantageous.

About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager (Learning Excellence), the Multimedia Designer will be responsible for creating engaging multimedia content to support training materials, internal campaigns, and digital learning initiatives. This role plays a key part in enhancing training effectiveness and learner engagement through creative design, video production, and modern e-learning technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop multimedia content including graphic design, website visuals, video production, infographics, animation, and voice-over materials for training and internal campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams, trainers, and stakeholders to conceptualize creative ideas, communication materials, and digital learning assets.
• Design visual content such as banners, animated graphics, and promotional materials to support learning initiatives.
• Review and improve existing training materials by adopting modern digital learning practices and standards.
• Support the end-to-end development of e-learning courseware, including building modules, integrating videos, interactions, and assessments.
• Explore and apply emerging technologies such as AI-powered production tools, AR/VR/MR, and other immersive technologies to enhance learner engagement.
• Maintain and publish digital learning resources, training courses, and internal promotional content.
• Provide creative support for corporate events or learning initiatives, which may occasionally require flexible working hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Art, Web Design, Creative Multimedia, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of experience in multimedia design, graphic design, website design, or video production.
• Hands-on experience with UX methodologies including user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Experience in AI-powered video production, e-learning development (AICC, SCORM), and LMS integration is advantageous.
• Strong design capabilities in graphic design, animation, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), SharePoint, and HTML.
• Knowledge of 3D modelling is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
