About The Role

This role will act as facilitator of information flow between the IT team and Business stakeholders. The role will be responsible for engaging with Rimowa Korea’s business units, capturing their requirements/issues/opportunities and translating it to respective IT teams to deliver best in class solutions to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

IT Operations

• Coordinate with partners to manage End User Devices, ensuring business continuity.
• Oversee service delivery, maintaining service KPI.
• Vendor management.
• Budget Management.

Information Systems and Digital

• Collaborate with the technology team and stakeholders to understand software requirements.
• Plan and conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of applications, including technical specifications, user manuals, and system changes.
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the performance and efficiency of existing applications.
• Offer ongoing support to address user concerns, troubleshoot issues, and optimize user experience.

Qualifications

A successful candidate should bring with them:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in IT business analysis/project management, preferably in retail industry.
• Hands on experience in retail solutions highly desired; POS, Inventory Management System
• Experience in Omnichannel and CRM solutions is a plus; Salesforce, ECOM, API, Kakao eco-system.
• Familiar with project management methodologies; PMP/Certified Scrum Master certifications are desirable.
• Highly organised and detail oriented.
• Experience in vendor management.

Job Title: EUC Support Engineer – VIP Support

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support

• Support IT infrastructure (PCs, physical and virtual servers, storage, network, on-premises and cloud) i.e. systems provisioning, installations, configurations as well as monitoring and maintenance.
• Provide L2 technical support and advice to users on systems-related issues or queries.
• Perform systems administration/maintenance and works toward continuous optimization of systems performance.
• Standby with on-call availability with varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Improve governance (policies, standards, guidelines) on successful delivery outcomes e.g. industry compliances, delivery frameworks/playbooks, port-mortem reviews, documentations

Cross group collaboration

• Work closely with all technical group to on-board technical knowledge of solution offerings, inclusive of vendors and partners as needed

Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge

• Diploma/Degree or equivalent
• Experienced in M365 End-Point Admin, and/or CompTIA Network.
• Min. 2-3 years of experience preferred.
• Technical knowledge infra stacks i.e. x86, Unix, storage and backups, networks, security, desktops/laptops/devices, servers
• Knowledge of OS – Linux, Windows OS, Mac OS, and Servers Operating Systems, M365, Microsoft Intune
• Knowledge of network architecture and security, routers, switches, provisioning, firewalls, and security
• Possess problem solving skills and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Experienced in VIP user support.
