Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including in-house and offshore developers, QA engineers, solution architects, business unit IT teams, and external partners—to design and implement DevOps solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Drive agile development practices through CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient deployment across multiple environments.
• Enforce engineering best practices, including automated quality assurance and security checks throughout the development lifecycle.
• Automate test execution cycles to enhance feedback loops and improve software quality.
• Manage application release processes, version control, and deployment configurations.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning to ensure standardized installation and configuration procedures.
• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of applications and infrastructure across environments.
• Oversee the stability and scalability of the DevOps platform.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in application development or support, with at least 1–2 years of hands-on DevOps experience.
• Proficient in version control and build tools: Git, Maven, Gradle, Yarn.
• Strong experience in Jenkins and pipeline scripting using Groovy.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD and GitOps methodologies.
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) with proven experience in provisioning and managing Kubernetes clusters.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes deployment strategies and container orchestration.
• Experience with cloud platforms and container technologies: Azure, Docker, Podman, Helm, Argo CD.
• Proficient in Windows and Linux server environments.

• Azure certification (e.g., Azure System Administrator) is a plus.
• Experience with Atlassian tools: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward learning.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
