Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the creation of market operation strategies, which include team development, user engagement, content management, event coordination, and data analysis.
  2. Continuously monitor and analyze operational metrics, generating reports to inform adjustments to strategies and optimize the business model, ensuring improved performance indicators.
  3. Participate in developing the company's product market strategies and help to advance these initiatives, while also exploring and maintaining partnerships for market resources.
  4. Formulate regulations and processes for marketing management, design both long-term marketing strategies and short-term promotional campaigns, and manage the training and assessment of the marketing team.
  5. Guide and implement user operation initiatives on the platform, focusing on acquiring, retaining, converting, and activating users, while enhancing user engagement and managing customer relationships.
  6. Analyze the market and compile relevant information reports, proposing specific plans and expansion strategies while remaining aware of competitive solutions.
  7. Supervise the execution of content operation plans, which include creating and designing promotional materials, as well as building and engaging with new media and community platforms.
  8. Contribute to the overall planning of the application platform, encompassing development strategies, business model frameworks, market operations, and product direction planning.
  9. Require at least a university degree and over five years of experience in sports event management, with the ability to independently organize and execute sports projects.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong leadership and decision-making skills, along with sensitivity to market channels and the ability to think critically about content and self-media operations.
  2. Excellent communication and coordination abilities, with a knack for organizational training and comprehensive analysis.
  3. Must demonstrate high initiative, adaptability to rapid changes, resilience under pressure, and strong execution capabilities.
  4. Prior experience in a similar industry is preferred.
