What You’ll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Promote our SOW-based HR solutions and recruitment services to decision-makers (HR, Procurement, Hiring Managers).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and strategic account management.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management within HR, recruitment, or professional services.
- Strong understanding of SOW, contingent workforce models, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
