Key Focus

Responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of enterprise ERP projects, this role aims to create and execute effective implementation strategies. It focuses on ensuring the seamless integration of ERP systems with big data and AI platforms, while achieving project objectives related to scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards. The position is crucial in enhancing operational efficiency, supporting data-driven decision-making, and advancing digital transformation initiatives through the optimal deployment of ERP solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the comprehensive lifecycle management of ERP projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
  • Develop detailed implementation strategies that align with business objectives, defining project scope, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management plans.
  • Ensure smooth integration of ERP systems with big data and AI platforms by coordinating development teams for efficient data flow and functional compatibility.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and addressing risks, issues, and bottlenecks to meet quality, time, and cost targets.
  • Collaborate with various business departments to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into ERP system configurations and customizations, followed by conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on ERP system operations and best practices, supporting post-implementation stabilization and continuously optimizing system performance and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, with a proven track record in leading large-scale ERP projects.
  • At least 5 years of project management experience, ideally with professional project management certifications (e.g., PMP).
  • Hands-on experience leading ERP and information system integration projects, particularly those involving big data or AI systems.
  • Proficient in mainstream ERP systems and their implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Agile, Waterfall).
  • Expertise in ERP interface development and data integration technologies, including ETL tools, API management, web services, and database integration.
  • Strong understanding of big data principles, data processing logic, and basic AI concepts relevant to ERP integration.
  • Familiarity with enterprise business processes (e.g., finance, supply chain, human resources) and best practices for optimizing ERP-enabled processes.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of leading complex cross-functional projects while managing multiple priorities.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, effectively coordinating with technical teams, business departments, and senior management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, taking a proactive approach to identify and address project challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive digital transformation initiatives and align ERP solutions with business strategy.
  • Effective leadership skills to motivate and guide project teams toward achieving common objectives.
