Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support to users across multiple offices.
- Troubleshoot and maintain accounting software (Autocount) and/or Odoo platforms
- Set up and configure software applications and tools
- Conduct routine checks and upkeep of servers, networks, and IT infrastructure
- Administer and manage Microsoft 365 user accounts
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Act as the primary contact for resolving software and IT-related issues
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting accounting software (required for senior-level applicants)
- Prior experience with Autocount is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Odoo system setup and understanding of its technical framework
- Solid background in IT support with strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of programming and MSSQL database management is a plus
- Self-motivated, able to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Willingness to take on additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
- Training will be provided for candidates with less experience
- Fluency in English and Chinese/Cantonese preferred (to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
