Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Engage in creating innovative and effective technical support strategies to boost sales.
  • Address technical issues: Troubleshoot customer production challenges and conduct trials for new products at client facilities.
  • Resolve both technical and commercial challenges with clients.
  • Gather precise market data on pricing, processing conditions, and product characteristics; motivate agents, distributors, and the technical team; maintain an optimal balance between sufficient stock levels for quick order fulfillment and targeted low inventory.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities that can enhance sales growth.
  • Provide customer service support: Serve as a backup for the customer service function, addressing customer inquiries as needed.
  • Organize customer visits, ensure timely responses to inquiries, and manage customer service-related tasks and responsibilities effectively.

 

 

Requirements: 

 

  • Strong passion for sales, complemented by a solid technical background in chemistry.
  • Proficient in English communication, both in writing and speaking.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
  • Excellent at managing demanding clients, resolving challenging issues, and understanding customer needs.
