A European company specializing in quality assurance for household goods is looking for a Senior Executive/ Key Account Manager to handle the client enquiry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver tailored quality assurance solutions.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams for product quality licensing.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French and English is a must.
