Responsibilities

• Creating documentation and educational materials that inspire users to build, explore, and innovate with our exchange. You'll go beyond traditional API documentation, developing user-friendly guides, help articles, and blog posts that highlight our features and empower our community.

• Simplify complex technical concepts and code (Python, Go, TypeScript, etc.) into accessible examples and guides for both technical and non-technical audiences. Create motivating content that encourages users to build with our APIs, not just reference them.

• Partner with product and engineering teams to stay informed about new features and updates. Establish and uphold documentation standards for voice, tone, and style.

• Contribute to client-facing resources such as FAQs, blog posts, and educational materials. Enhance our community’s learning experience through engaging content across various channels.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of technical writing experience.
• A degree in Computer Science, English, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with crypto trading and/or exchange platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding code in various programming languages.
• A portfolio demonstrating your ability to clarify complex technical topics effectively.
• Strong collaboration skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile setting.
• A passion for technology and a genuine empathy for both developers and user experiences.
• Experience in creating video tutorials is a bonus.
