This online finance company is seeking a Head of Digital Marketing to lead performance marketing and digital acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies across SEM, SEO, channel performance, and data analytics
- Identify innovative acquisition tactics to drive traffic and improve funnel conversion
- Oversee budget planning, KPI tracking, and performance optimization
- Align marketing initiatives with Sales to support revenue growth
- Leverage data and market insights to enhance campaign impact
- Conduct competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of digital marketing experience, including leadership roles
- Proven success in B2C performance marketing; experience in e-commerce or fintech is a plus
- Strategic mindset with strong hands-on execution skills
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-focused
- Strong problem-solving and presentation abilities; thrives in fast-paced environments
- Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoke
