Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Monitor cash flow, revenue, and expenses to ensure financial efficiency
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders
• Lead financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies
• Oversee audits, liaise with external auditors, and manage risk assessments
• Implement and optimize financial systems and processes
• Collaborate with product and data teams to align financial metrics with KPIs

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• At least 3+ years of experience in Big 4 (Big 4 + Commercial experience is an advantage) 
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards
• Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
• Basic knowledge in SQL or relevant coding languages is a plus 
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
