Product Development and Sourcing Officer – Watches

Responsibilities:

• Work with the UK team and Hong Kong suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
• Find and engage new suppliers for product development.
• Collaborate with designers to finalize product designs.
• Organize shipments from the HK warehouse for global orders.
• Assist with year-end inventory and audits.
• Track products from development to production and order fulfillment.
• Negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of samples and products.
• Maintain accurate records and issue Purchase and Sales Orders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in product development and sourcing, ideally in fashion or accessories.
• Strong negotiation abilities and excellent supplier management.
• Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities.
