Product Development and Sourcing Executive – Watch

Responsibilities:

• Work with the UK team and Hong Kong suppliers to meet pricing and delivery timelines.
• Find new suppliers for product development.
• Collaborate with designers to finalize product designs.
• Organize shipments with the HK warehouse to meet global customer orders.
• Assist with year-end inventory and audits at the HK warehouse.
• Track brands and samples from development to production and purchase orders.
• Work with head office and suppliers for final product selection and orders.
• Negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of samples and products.
• Keep accurate records in the and issue Purchase Orders and Sales Orders.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in product development and sourcing, preferably in fashion or accessories.
• Strong negotiation skills and good supplier management.
• Excellent organization and project management abilities.
• Attention to detail and focus on meeting deadlines.
