About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and expand their business in Macau. This role focuses on driving growth through strategic account management, impactful in-store execution, and close collaboration with distributors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow top-performing retail accounts to meet volume and distribution targets
  • Partner with distributors to identify new sales opportunities and boost market share
  • Conduct regular customer visits to review performance and plan trade activations
  • Build and nurture strong retail relationships through effective sales calls
  • Implement POP strategies involving optimal product placement, pricing, and promotional tactics
  • Collaborate with category and customer development teams for campaign rollouts
  • Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Submit timely reports and ensure compliance with company procedures
  • Oversee in-store demos and coach promoters to deliver outstanding execution

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or key account role
  • Proven experience in the Macau retail market (mandatory)
  • Background in infant nutrition or milk formula is a plus

Skills & Traits:

  • Strong sales acumen with a record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is an advantage
  • Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; English is a bonus
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to thrive independently
  • A strong sense of urgency and commitment to deliver results
  • Willingness to travel to Hong Kong for business meetings
