Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in visitors promptly and personally, aiming to initiate conversations and ensure they feel welcome.
- Gather insights about our guests, including their backgrounds, motivations for visiting company, purchasing intentions, and timelines, to build a comprehensive Customer Profile.
- Inspire and inform guests by addressing their inquiries and offering a personalized experience based on their interests.
- Exhibit in-depth knowledge of all company's products and services, as well as local incentives for electric vehicle owners.
- Support company in maintaining a robust sales pipeline by collecting customer contact details and scheduling test drives for interested individuals.
- Regularly update the CRM system to provide management with accurate and timely sales and delivery data.
- Prepare vehicles and conduct delivery appointments, including personalized orientations for new owners based on their preferences.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail sales, business development, or customer service is advantageous.
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude toward changes in the personal transportation sector.
- Self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet critical deadlines.
- Commitment to ethical sales practices and operations.
- Capability to comprehend and communicate business issues and technical concepts effectively.
- Strong teamwork mentality and reliability.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Mastery of all company's products and services, with awareness of industry trends and local incentives.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
