A Hong Kong-listed corporation is seeking a dynamic professional to join its team
We are looking for a seasoned business development professional—or an experienced HR practitioner ready to transition into a more commercial, client-facing role—to join our client as Business Development Manager - HR outsourcing services. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HR operations or payroll services, particularly within multinational corporations, large enterprises, or the public sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies focused on HR outsourcing, payroll services, and HR operations/integration.
- Leverage the company’s technology capabilities to deliver integrated product and service solutions.
- Design and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive revenue growth.
- Expand business by cross-selling services within existing client networks across the region.
- Stay current with emerging HR technologies and evolving labor regulations across Asia.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in HR/payroll operations or B2B sales within business services or HR technology.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging C-level executives, government agencies, and institutional clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
