Procurement Specialist – Service Section/ Contract
Responsibilities
- Assist in the procurement of services to meet organizational needs.
- Manage the procure-to-pay process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and invoices.
- Maintain and update procurement databases and records for data management and analysis.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain effective relationships with vendors.
- Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Fluent spoken in English is a must, fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the procure-to-pay process.
