Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure partnerships with top-tier brands aiming to reach a global audience of high-net-worth individuals.
- Develop and oversee a strong pipeline of partnerships, experiential events, and long-term brand collaborations.
- Design customized partnership offerings for our global events, incorporating brand partners into VIP experiences, lounges, private dinners, and high-visibility placements.
- Utilize your network to connect with firms in luxury retail, real estate, fine arts, private banking, and premium automotive sectors.
- Ensure partners achieve measurable ROI through strategic visibility, lead generation, and brand alignment.
- Work closely with the events and experience teams to create top-tier brand activations.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, brand development, or experiential marketing, preferably in the luxury or wealth management fields.
- A strong international network in luxury fashion, automotive, watches, spirits, hospitality, or the arts.
- Comprehensive understanding of brand positioning, high-net-worth audiences, and cultural trends.
- Proven history of establishing and managing multi-channel brand partnerships and activations.
- Enthusiasm for Web3, crypto culture, and emerging technologies.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally for important events and meetings.
