Role Summary 

We are looking for a Digital Marketing manager (Contractor) to join our team and support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies for the Vietnamese market. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our online community, driving customer acquisition, and optimizing lead generation through various digital channels such as Paid Social, PPC, and Display Media. 

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily marketing activities, analyzing performance data, and collaborating closely with both internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact campaigns. You will also stay up to date with industry trends, test and optimize new marketing approaches, and provide regular reports with actionable insights to drive growth. 

The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and advertising, with a strong focus on KOL collaborations, performance marketing and community operation. Experience working with media agencies is highly preferred. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics 360, Looker Studio, and Power BI is essential, along with excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English. Key Responsibilities 

  • Oversee the day-to-day management and growth of our online community, including content moderation, member engagement, community events planning, and insights analysis to drive continuous improvements. 
  • Develop, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, particularly focusing on KOL partnerships, paid social, PPC, and display advertising. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams, media agencies, publishers, and other stakeholders to implement media strategies that align with business goals. 
  • Create, test, and optimize ad creatives and copywriting for performance-driven campaigns, including conducting A/B testing, media evaluation, and campaign performance analysis. 
  • Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights to improve campaign performance and support decision-making. 
  • Stay informed of digital marketing and market trends and continuously explore new tools, strategies, and formats to improve customer acquisition and engagement. 
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts support broader business objectives. 

Skills & Experience Required 

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in digital marketing and advertising. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven and KPI-oriented mindset. 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics 360, Looker Studio, and Power BI is a plus. 
  • Experience working with media agencies is a significant advantage. 
  • Knowledge of FX or virtual currency industries is a plus. 
  • Excellent command of both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken). 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners. 
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly efficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously.  
  • University degree or equivalent.
