Our client is a well-known international apparel retailer founded in Hong Kong. The brand is recognized for its modern simplicity, quality craftsmanship, and timeless fashion that appeals to a global audience. With a presence in over 30 countries and a network of around 1,800 stores.

Key Responsibility

• Network & System Optimization: Maintain, monitor, and upgrade our network infrastructure, ensuring peak performance and reliability.
• Cybersecurity Leadership: Conduct risk and security assessments, implement compliance regulations, and safeguard our digital assets.
• Technology Strategy & Innovation: Evaluate, plan, and execute IT projects that drive efficiency and business success.
• Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and support your IT team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Server & System Administration: Oversee Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft Exchange Server, and MSSQL database maintenance.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field, with 8+ years of experience and 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Relative industry experience in Retail, FMCG, or catering-related IT knowledge is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, MSSQL, HTML, JavaScript, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Symantec solutions.
• Strategic thinker with excellent organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Mandarin to engage effectively with teams and stakeholders.
