Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in formulating, executing, and assessing marketing and sales strategies, promotions, and objectives, while actively contributing to operational functions such as supply chain management, forecasting, and tendering for designated IV generics, oncology portfolios, and named patient products.
- Conduct market analysis to evaluate potential opportunities and meet targets for sales, profit margins, market share, and annual growth for assigned products.
- Continuously monitor and manage intelligence on competitors and emerging market trends.
- Create and refine promotional materials and detailing aids to strengthen brand positioning and competitive advantages.
- Prioritize new product introductions based on market insights and situational evaluations.
- Provide realistic and well-informed market demand and forecasting input on a monthly basis to ensure a stable and uninterrupted supply chain for customers.
- Actively engage in forecast meetings, mid-term strategic discussions, and business review sessions—both locally and regionally—by contributing financial and business templates alongside monthly commentary.
- Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs to establish registration strategies for new products, aiming for swift market entry at competitive costs.
- Oversee the handling of product returns, customer complaints, vendor selection, and compliance with internal operational systems (such as IN-STORE, EM Approval, and HCP processes) in alignment with company regulations.
- Address customer inquiries, manage sample requests, and maintain an updated customer database.
- Prepare and review pre-call plans and post-call customer reports.
- Provide support for daily marketing-related administrative activities.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Marketing, or a business-related discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably within a multinational pharmaceutical or healthcare organization.
- Strong team player with a proactive, responsible, and eager-to-learn attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent, adaptable, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
