About the Company:

Our client is a renowned Italian luxury brand in leather goods, footwear, and accessories. The brand is expanding its footprint in Thailand with the opening of a new boutique in Phuket.

About the Role:

They are seeking for Retail Supervisor to join luxury boutique team Phuket store. As a Retail Supervisor, you will act as a key support to the Store Manager, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and the team remains motivated, informed, and aligned with brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Deliver an elevated client experience through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Supervise and coordinate daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory handling, and visual merchandising.
• Assist in training and coaching staff to uphold luxury service standards and brand guidelines.
• Ensure store presentation and grooming standards reflect the brand’s prestige.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations with professionalism and discretion.
• Support stock management, including receiving, replenishment, and stock takes.
• Generate sales reports and provide insights to support business performance.
• Act as a brand ambassador both in-store and in all client interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in luxury retail or premium fashion/lifestyle brands, with at least 1-2 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong understanding of luxury clientele and service expectations.
• Proven ability to drive sales and lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Thai preferred.
• High level of professionalism, grooming, and personal presentation.
• Passionate about fashion, craftsmanship, and delivering an elevated client experience.
