Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance, development, and management of both internal and external IT systems utilized by the Group, including but not limited to POS systems, email communications, networking, CRM, marketing solutions, websites, and e-commerce platforms.
- Lead the IT department staff and manage operations between our Hong Kong and China offices, providing clear guidance to team members.
- Collaborate closely with Group executive management to formulate and execute strategic technology and business plans.
- Manage system implementation support and maintain effective communication with executive management and end-users to enhance operational productivity.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies to align with the company's objectives, support strategic business initiatives, and facilitate change management.
- Maintain and improve the enterprise architecture to align business needs, information, processes, security, and infrastructure.
- Partner with vendors, service providers, consultants, and contractors to enhance IT infrastructure, security, and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field. Additional relevant industry certifications are a plus.
- At least 8 years of solid experience in systems and/or network administration
- Practical experience with .Net, C#, SQL Server, XML, enterprise networking, and system administration (e.g., vSphere, Windows Server, Linux administration is advantageous).
- Demonstrated experience in IT infrastructure architecture and management, particularly in retail, healthcare, or beauty industries is preferred.
- Self-motivated individual with strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Energetic with a problem-solving mindset, capable of bridging business needs and challenges with technical solutions effectively.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate both internal and external teams to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
