Our client is a leading global construction and engineering firm with a depth of knowledge and a commitment to technical excellence, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Engineer:
Senior Service Engineer
Responsibilities
- Manage service issue quotations and oversee daily operations of the service team.
- Address inquiries related to electrical and mechanical (E&M) issues and prepare technical/service reports.
- Provide technical consultancy services to customers.
- Communicate with vendors regarding technical support issues.
Qualifications
- Higher Diploma or above in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in air-conditioning or chiller plant maintenance. Relevant experience may qualify for a Senior Service Engineer position.
- Prior experience in Data Centre projects is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure and availability during non-office hours when required.
- REW A0 holder preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
