Senior Portfolio Officer – Retail & Office
A leading developer in the property management sector, dedicated to delivering outstanding service and innovative solutions. Currently, they are looking for Senior Portfolio Officer to manage retail and office portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of property portfolios, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
- Coordinate leasing administration tasks, including lease negotiations, renewals, and tenant communications.
- Conduct regular property inspections and maintain relationships with tenants and property owners.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to address property issues promptly.
- Prepare reports on portfolio performance and market trends for senior management.
- Mentor and support junior staff in their development and responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese and English.
- 5 years of experience in property management or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of leasing practices, property maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
