As a Medical Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our client's business. You will be responsible for promoting newly launched pharmaceutical products to assigned clients and KOLs, implementing strategic sales functions to achieve targets, and maintaining professional relationships with various stakeholders. Your proactive attitude will be key in ensuring effective strategy execution. Furthermore, your commitment to customer satisfaction will contribute significantly to the company's reputation for excellent service. 
 
Key Requirements: 

• Promote Pharmaceutical Products: Educate and engage healthcare professionals on newly launched pharmaceutical products, ensuring strong market presence.
• Achieve Sales Targets and KPIs: Work towards meeting sales goals and key performance indicators to support business growth.
• Build Relationships with Healthcare Professionals: Develop and maintain professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other stakeholders in both public and private sectors.
• Analyze Market Trends: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.
• Prepare Sales Reports: Generate reports and forecasts to track performance and support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, medical affairs, and other departments to ensure alignment in business strategies.
• Handle Ad Hoc Duties: Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team objectives.

 
Key Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Biomedical/ Pharmacy/ Chemistry or relevant science disciplines , welcome fresh graduates with pharmaceutical internship experiences 
• Sales Candidates from other industries with a high interest to join pharmaceutical companies.
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese 
• Good presentation and interpersonal communication skills 
• Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook 
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
