Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating and qualifying leads by engaging with prospective clients.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure customer success with their cloud adoption.
- Developing and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting revenue.
- Leading solution-focused discussions and creating long-term technology roadmaps for clients.
- Collaborating with Cloud Solution Architects to design tailored cloud solutions.
- Working with operations and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Partnering with vendors to accelerate sales cycles and achieve revenue goals.
Requirements:
- A degree in any field.
- Experience in a B2B sales environment (telecom/ISP/SI experience with Microsoft Cloud sales is a plus).
- Experience working with Financial Services Industry (FSI) clients is advantageous.
- A proven sales track record (preferred).
- Basic understanding of cloud solutions like Office 365, Azure, cloud backup, security, and managed services (an advantage).
- A strong interest in developing a career in the cloud industry.
- Passion, drive, agility, self-discipline, strong planning skills, and a desire to be a trusted advisor.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
