Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating and qualifying leads by engaging with prospective clients.
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure customer success with their cloud adoption.
  • Developing and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting revenue.
  • Leading solution-focused discussions and creating long-term technology roadmaps for clients.
  • Collaborating with Cloud Solution Architects to design tailored cloud solutions.
  • Working with operations and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Partnering with vendors to accelerate sales cycles and achieve revenue goals.

Requirements:

  • A degree in any field.
  • Experience in a B2B sales environment (telecom/ISP/SI experience with Microsoft Cloud sales is a plus).
  • Experience working with Financial Services Industry (FSI) clients is advantageous.
  • A proven sales track record (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of cloud solutions like Office 365, Azure, cloud backup, security, and managed services (an advantage).
  • A strong interest in developing a career in the cloud industry.
  • Passion, drive, agility, self-discipline, strong planning skills, and a desire to be a trusted advisor.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
