About The Role
This role will act as facilitator of information flow between the IT team and Business stakeholders. The role will be responsible for engaging with Rimowa Korea’s business units, capturing their requirements/issues/opportunities and translating it to respective IT teams to deliver best in class solutions to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
IT Operations
- Coordinate with partners to manage End User Devices, ensuring business continuity.
- Oversee service delivery, maintaining service KPI.
- Vendor management.
- Budget Management.
Information Systems and Digital
- Collaborate with the technology team and stakeholders to understand software requirements.
- Plan and conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of applications, including technical specifications, user manuals, and system changes.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the performance and efficiency of existing applications.
- Offer ongoing support to address user concerns, troubleshoot issues, and optimize user experience.
Qualifications
A successful candidate should bring with them:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in IT business analysis/project management, preferably in retail industry.
- Hands on experience in retail solutions highly desired; POS, Inventory Management System
- Experience in Omnichannel and CRM solutions is a plus; Salesforce, ECOM, API, Kakao eco-system.
- Familiar with project management methodologies; PMP/Certified Scrum Master certifications are desirable.
- Highly organised and detail oriented.
- Experience in vendor management.
