Role Overview:
As a Brand Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing strategies that elevate our brand presence and resonate with our consumers worldwide. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage market insights, and deliver innovative campaigns that set us apart in the competitive FMCG landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business objectives.

• Manage brand positioning, identity, and marketing communication across multiple channels.

• Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

• Lead product innovation, packaging, and promotional strategies in alignment with brand goals.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution.

• Monitor and report brand performance, providing actionable recommendations for continuous growth.

Requirements: 

• Proven experience in brand management within the FMCG industry (5+ years preferred).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and derive insights.

• Creative thinker with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in digital marketing and understanding of emerging trends.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
