Job Description
Purpose:
- Lead the development of the Clinical Nutrition business in Hong Kong through a strategic marketing approach to capture market share and support growth objectives.
- Expand product portfolios and implement multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Undertake ad hoc assignments as needed and participate in the Local Management and Crisis Management Teams.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development:
- Create and execute marketing strategies for assigned product groups.
- Manage product life cycles to maximize revenue.
- Analyze market conditions and achieve sales and profit targets.
- Collaborate with creative and media agencies for marketing campaigns.
- Oversee brand management and corporate identity.
- Ensure effective resource and budget management.
- Coordinate with sales teams to achieve marketing objectives.
- Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers.

Product Launch Planning:
- Evaluate new product opportunities and geographic expansion.
- Conduct market assessments and develop business plans.
- Prioritize products based on market data.
- Create positioning and communication strategies.
- Develop actionable launch plans.

KOL Endorsement and Advocacy:
- Identify and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for brand endorsement.
- Provide scientific information and conduct advisory boards.
- Initiate local clinical studies in collaboration with medical teams.
- Present clinical study results to enhance brand visibility.

Professional Development and Training:
- Maintain and upgrade product knowledge through research and conventions.
- Train the sales team to ensure they meet market demands.

People Management:
- Lead and coach the team to meet business targets.
- Provide support and guidance for successful project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in a related field (e.g., Nutritional Science, Business Management).
- Minimum of 8 years in marketing management, with 3-4 years in nutritional or OTC products.
- Strong marketing management, project management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently under pressure with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English and familiar with MS Office.
