Assisting Project Manager – Fitting Out

A boutique engineering firm specializing in Grade A office and luxury retail fit-out projects in Hong Kong Market. Currently, they are looking for independent individuals to complete the project progress in compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise fit-out construction projects to guarantee timely delivery and compliance with design specifications.
• Serve as the main point of contact among clients, landlords, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Oversee site activities to ensure adherence to method statements and shop drawings.
• Maintain project documentation, include but no limited in RFIs, CVIs, and site memos.  
• Responsible for material planning, logistics coordination, and scheduling of transportation.
• Manage project budgets and financial aspects.
• Ensure that all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5 years of relevant experience in project management or construction, particularly in fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Fluence in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
