Roles and Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Respond to client requests for technical assistance via email, in-person, phone, or remote connection.
  • Tier 2 Support: Provide Tier 2 support to clients through phone calls, live chat, and ticketing systems.
  • Ticket Management: Record and update the status of requests in the ticketing system.
  • Guidance for Tier 1 Support: Offer guidance and consultation to Tier 1 support staff.
  • Issue Escalation: Escalate unresolved issues or requests to the appropriate helpdesk for Tier 3 support.
  • Timely Resolution: Ensure prompt resolution of issues by gathering necessary information to assess the impact on customers.
  • System Management: Responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of internal systems.
  • Project Participation: Engage in various hybrid solution projects, including Exchange Server.
  • Additional IT Support: Provide other IT-related support as required by the business.

We Are Looking For

  • Educational Background: Higher Diploma or above in IT or related disciplines.
  • Experience: 4-7 years of relevant experience in technical support and administration for all Windows platforms, including Microsoft Exchange Server, Windows 11/10, Microsoft Office 2019/2016, and Windows Server 2019/2016 (Active Directory Administration/Group Policy).
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SQL Server, Azure, Active Directory, Linux, Windows Server, and Exchange Server.
  • Networking Knowledge: Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, with experience in routing, switching, and firewalls.
  • Hands-On Experience: Practical administration experience with firewalls and switches.
  • Virtualization Skills: Familiarity with virtualization software like VMware, as well as Azure, AWS, SQL Server, data storage, HA clusters, and cloud-based architectures.
  • Certifications: Holding certifications such as MCSE, ITIL, or equivalents is a plus.
  • Self-Starter: A confident, action-oriented, and results-driven individual.
  • Attention to Detail: Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in spoken and written Chinese, English, and Mandarin.
