In this role, you will engage with clients, understand their unique business requirements, and introduce innovative cloud solutions that drive success.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Identify and develop leads by connecting with potential clients to understand their business needs and recommend suitable cloud solutions.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales Team to uncover, validate, and expand opportunities related to Azure and Security.
- Solution Development: Lead solution-oriented discussions with clients and create a long-term technology roadmap.
- Pre-Sales Assistance: Provide support in proposal development and deliver client-facing presentations.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new products to offer valuable insights to clients and the team.
We Are Looking For
- Education: A degree in any discipline.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience engaging with clients to develop cloud adoption strategies.
- Cloud Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite functions and features, with the ability to present value propositions and use cases effectively.
- Security Proficiency: Experience in evaluating and enhancing client security postures, coordinating with vendors for security solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior management and C-level executives.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving and strategic solution development skills, with a collaborative approach to working with sales, pre-sales, engineering, and clients.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, and Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
