Building Service Engineer

They are looking for a dedicated and skilled Building Service Engineer to support the project and ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Collaborate with contractors and service providers for major repairs and installations.
• Monitor energy usage and implement energy-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in building services engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing.
