Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Online Sales Strategy: Take charge of all online sales activities, setting ambitious yet achievable sales goals. Drive profitability by planning and executing commercial activities across our e-commerce platform.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our operations, purchasing, marketing, and MIS teams to ensure the seamless implementation of online sales strategies.
- Identify Opportunities: Uncover new business opportunities, develop a robust sales pipeline, and nurture customer accounts to consistently meet long-term sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of the competition by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights. Propose actionable strategies and assist in executing these plans.
- Enhance User Experience: Define improvements in e-fundamentals and optimize user funnels to boost website performance and drive conversions.
- Monitor Customer Journeys: Track shopper behaviour and enhance every touchpoint in the customer journey.
- Drive UX/UI Optimization: Collaborate in UX/UI improvements to create a delightful shopping experience.
Qualifications:
- Degree holder with major of marketing, online business or relevant field.
- 5 years of experience in e-commerce platforms, driving online business, and marketing research or business development.
- Proficiency in data analysis, with experience using tools like Google Analytics to evaluate channel performance.
- Strong command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
- Exceptional negotiation skills coupled with strong analytical and numerical abilities.
- Less experience to apply for the Assistant E-commerce Manager position.
