Supply Chain Specialist – (MNC - Pharma)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of supply chain management, ensuring seamless product delivery to our customers.
- Monitor and enhance product flows between third-party warehouses and clients.
- Proactively manage and escalate any service deviations in supply shipments.
- Track sales orders and inventory movements processed by 3PL providers, ensuring alignment with commercial agreements and standard procedures.
- Foster strong communication with internal stakeholders to boost 3PL performance and enhance internal customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with customer service transactional processes.
- Expertise in inventory management practices, with essential knowledge of SAP SOTC & PTP.
- Experience in data analysis is a plus!
