Job Description

Responsibilities: 

• In charge of Group consolidation and financial analysis, ensuring timely and accurate financial and management reporting in compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations
• Liaise with external auditors and other regulatory bodies for audits and tax filings
• Conduct monthly business performance review and manage Group financial analysis including budgeting, forecasting, profitability and variance analysis
• Provide financial insights to senior management for strategic decision making
• Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and other tasks as assigned

Requirements: 

• Degree in Accounting or Business-related Fields with CPA qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in construction related industry
• Good leadership skill to drive changes to enhance efficiency, good interpersonal skills
• Familiar with Accounting standards and tax regulation (knowledge of PRC accounting/ tax is preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft office and excel
• Flexible, hand-on, able to work under pressure, detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Good communication skill, high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
• Initiative, independent, fast-paced, able to accept challenges and grow with the company
