Job Description
Responsibilities:
- In charge of Group consolidation and financial analysis, ensuring timely and accurate financial and management reporting in compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations
- Liaise with external auditors and other regulatory bodies for audits and tax filings
- Conduct monthly business performance review and manage Group financial analysis including budgeting, forecasting, profitability and variance analysis
- Provide financial insights to senior management for strategic decision making
- Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures
- Perform ad-hoc assignments and other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or Business-related Fields with CPA qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in construction related industry
- Good leadership skill to drive changes to enhance efficiency, good interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Accounting standards and tax regulation (knowledge of PRC accounting/ tax is preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and excel
- Flexible, hand-on, able to work under pressure, detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Good communication skill, high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
