Responsibilities:
- Define the vision and strategy for our Online Shop, creating effective brand and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Protect and maintain high standards for our Online Shop brand across various markets.
- Lead marketing strategies and develop communication tools to highlight our key offerings.
- Implement a comprehensive marketing approach to drive performance and results.
- Analyze brand and campaign performance, creating improvement plans for customer engagement.
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, collaborating with internal and external teams.
- Develop brand communication strategies aligned with product positioning.
- Identify market trends and integrate product style for content promotion to enhance brand awareness.
- Plan and review content for domestic and international marketing initiatives.
- Assess marketing program effectiveness and suggest enhancements.
- Prepare marketing reports and collaborate with teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Manage budgets and perform additional duties as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of experience in brand building, marketing, and event planning, preferably with large-scale event execution.
- Strong knowledge of integrated marketing and project management skills.
- Deep insights into brand and market dynamics with excellent brand awareness.
- Innovative thinker with strong communication and data analysis skills; proficient in office software.
- Familiarity with AV equipment and event production is preferred.
- High sense of responsibility, teamwork, and ability to manage pressure effectively.
- Self-driven with excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
