About Role
As a Motion Designer, you will play a critical role in crafting engaging and visually stunning motion graphics and videos that bring the brand's vision to life. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality animations and multimedia assets for marketing campaigns, events, and digital platforms. Your creativity and technical expertise will enhance storytelling and strengthen the brand’s presence across diverse channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to produce motion graphics and video content for marketing, social media, and partnerships.
• Partner with commercial and on-site production teams to develop advanced 3D renders showcasing event experiences.
• Create animations and video assets aligned with brand guidelines to elevate storytelling.
• Support marketing initiatives by producing engaging content for campaigns, events, and digital platforms.
• Edit and refine video footage to deliver polished, high-quality outputs.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in the industry and incorporate them into projects.
• Ensure a consistent visual style across all multimedia content.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or related fields.
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
• Proficiency in design tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop (or equivalents).
• Solid understanding of timing, composition, and storytelling in motion graphics.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across projects.
• Strong communication skills for presenting ideas and incorporating feedback effectively
